Deb-n Deb I have to go back to physical therapy because the plastic behind the knee moved out of the normal position but I'm more healed then not this piece of plastic that moved from where the doctor put it is creating pain I haven't been keeping track of anything and I've gained 11 pounds I'm sad and angry at myself all the same time and I know those motors aren't going to help me I'm glad that you're still doing awesome I miss you
