i ran both Saturday AND Sunday. miracle!?! AND i finally broke the 121 hump. i didn't work out this morning but plan on doing weights tonight. hoping to get back on track!!! wedding count down is on!!!! 4 months!!!!
120.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
