I had a great weekend went bowling with my girl and her son, nieces and nephews. I ate what I wanted cooked on the grill and plenty of liquor and sex. I also had a huge breakfast Sunday morning out at the diner, scrapple, cheese eggs, creamed chipped beef and some of my girls pancakes. Ate enough calories for like 4-5 days based off how I usually eat and I loved it. Bike 6 miles around the town Sunday evening, and now it's back on my grind. Today is back day I'm doing deadlifts and I'm going to attempt 500 pounds again. My strength is up and I think I'm ready.
