Haven't weighed in two days because TOM came to visit...I think I'm eating well and following the Atkins protocol.
Can you check out my food intake and let me know if all is bueno. I really need to lose at least 15 lbs.

I took a peek, you seem to be doing great! Sometimes the scale won't budge, but you may still be losing inches, so hang in there and I'm sure you'll be fine :)

I've heard it is best to weight only once a week, because it can fluctuate due to water weight. This is what we did a Weight Watchers. Good Luck!
