2 clean days down. Good healthy food. Not over eating, not starving. And have been a little more active. Feel SO much better. Also going to Overeaters Anonymous meetings again which i find SO helpful. So nice to have somewhere to go where im understood with my obsession with food! Also got the HEADSPACE app which is 10 mins easy guided meditation and its amazing - highly recommend! :) xxx

I used to think that I am addicted to sugar and wished there were overeaters meetings in my town. Then I changed my mindset and food doesn't control me anymore. You can do it too.

Thanks hun. Yeah i totally agree. I dont class my self as an addict - i dont want to be powerless. I'm also working on breaking the habit of using food to deal with my emotions - learning to face them and deal with life and do more loving things for myself - hard but worth it. I just go to the meetings for the support and to be with others that understand food/body obsession and bingeing! Well done you though - how did you do it? x

I was already sick of being fat, invisible on the street, feeling week that I can't resist temptation, couldn't fit into my old clothes and having high blood pressure and because of that often headaches. Now life is great, I eat everything in moderation, not feeling deprived of anything. You will get to your goal too, just takes some time and patience :-)
