Okay, haven't 'lost' any yet but haven't gained either. I felt for sure I'd lost a little. Since walking with Kent, I feel better and not so out of breath.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
