Long day at work overtime and through lunch. Not feeling the greatest by the time I came home, stomach queasy. Have had some herbal tea, soda crackers with a bit of peanut butter, some beef broth, and yogurt.

Heading for bed in a few minutes.

I feel good this morning. The Swanson's broth is really my homemade, it was just a guess. No idea how many servings my big batch of broth made. I think my stomach was because it took me from 11:30 until 4:00 to eat my bowl of soup for lunch. Hard to eat and talk on the phone, I was wishing for a web call where you can hit the mute button and eat while they fiddle around. No such luck.
