I would say that I am 80% successful in all the challenges! My eating plan and water are pretty much on point and I am exercising more than I ever have EVER! I am proud of myself!
266.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, got some time with a trainer yesterday, she showed me some great core exercises with the big ball n free weights on the wall,med ball on the mat and resistance bands on ankles, which I am more comffy with than the machines.
