Successful week looking forward to the scale Monday! Menue for the week: okra n tomatoes, new potatoes, fish, chicken, ground turkey patties, spaghetti squash n zucchini dish, peas n carrots, cucumbers n tomatoes, and I always gotta have some cabbage! (No oil, salt, very little butter)
