Hungry..or at least that is what I'm feeling. So instead I'm going to bed - this feeling will pass :-) Stayed on plan but bad day of eating - ate breakfast at 9am and then supper at 7pm!! But I wasn't hungry - had a small piece of chicken around 1:30. Also ate out both meals so no way to calculate actual carbs.
