Here I am again sabotaging myself - back at 118ish and ready to finally get below this weight and what do I do? Break my calorie limit THREE times in one week....IDIOT!! Why do I always do this??!! Everytime I get so close I can smell it (success) I go SO wrong I gain. I haven't weighed yet and don't really want to. Will do it sunday. Sunday bloody sunday....
