Almost 3 months without bread is too much for me. Broke down and allowed myself 1 slice of rye toast with breakfast. Even if it stalls me for a few days, it was worth it. I miss bread so much!

Why don't you get some low carb bread and plan it into a meal? This is my plan as soon as I lose my next 5 lbs (may be a long wait).

I've tried low carb bread and it did not taste good to me.

Since you like rye bread, and so do I BTW, try making a loaf of flax seed bread or crackers and add caraway seeds. You'll love it. Flax seed recipes can be found at many of the low carb recipe sites.

I've played with some Flax recipes before, but still have not gotten around to the crackers or savory items. I've done the MIM's and made a pizza crust, and even a pie crust. Have to wait to try more till I can afford the flax meal again!
