On day 9 of Ideal Protein. I've been hungry, cranky, bitchy and tired. I'm going to really have to start keeping track of my blood sugar. It keeps dropping in the afternoon. Today was 58. That's very low for me. Then I feel like dogshit for hours. Plus it makes me eat my yummy in the afternoon instead of in the evening, when I really want it! lol Anyway...I started on day 1 at 215. My goal weight is 150. I'll get there, just will be interesting to see how long it's going to take. I'm committed to 6 months of IP, then we'll reevaluate where I'm at. Mike is doing this with me, so it's making it a little easier to have someone to commiserate with!! Next week I start exercising...just a little, nothing crazy, but I'll start with 20 min on the elliptical on low and see how I feel. Anyway...will keep track on here as well as my IP food journal.
