Okay, I haven't recorded a Journal Entry in a while. I've been doing really well. Pounds are coming off slowly but surely. I have been drink 8+ cups of water a day. I think a did around 10 yesterday. I'm drink 0 to 2 diet soda's a day. I'm mostly drinking water to get my 8 cups in and always have a bottle or glass full for sipping on.

Currently, trying to work some lean protein powder into my diet. I'm attempting ways of hiding it foods like coffee and greek yogurt. Both are only marginally successful.

I have completed 3 miles yesterday and a total of 4.5 miles this week for my challenge. Today I will do 1+ miles. It's just beautiful outside, cool but sunny.

Have to do some cleaning and some miles today so that's all for now.

Tip- Drinking two cups of water as the first consumption of the day before ANYTHING else can speed up metabolism for the WHOLE day!
