Awesome! My husband is gone for 3 months, and I'm stuck in a rather remote Northern mining town, so I decided to take advantage of the situation. I sent all the bad food with him (ALL of it, Every last bit of carbohydrate in the house!) I stocked up with fruit and vegetables and meat, a bottle of red wine and a load of exercise videos and wii's.

I've only been on the, let's call it, 'The Trek', for 3 days, and already I've lost 4 pounds. I know those are just the Honeymoon pounds and that my weight loss will slow significantly, but for now... wow! What a boost!

My goal is to lose 25 pounds by April 15th. I'm pretty confident that I can make it!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You can do this, sometimes it s easier if you can just have what you need in the house and cook for just you.
