So happy that I finally started using the diet calendar. At first I coudn't figure it out. Didn't realize I had to choose food that I ate instead of just typing it in. I love that it gives all the nutrition info. and I can add things to the list if necessary.

Hi Gigi728--glad all is well with the diet calendar. Took me a bit to get it straight too. Now I just LOVE IT!!! I am on Atkins - I can use it to plan my "attack" and find it very helpful. Now just need to get the exercise tracking down :-). sure wish I could join you on the golf course; I took lessons last summer and absolutely understand why my sister is a "stonecold golf junkie"!! My time does not seem to be me own--oops was that an excuse?? Got to work on that....
Anyhow... hope you have a great week! Again-glad to know the diet calendar is working :)
