I have an appointment with a mobile hydrostatic body composition truck....going to fid out my most accurate body fat measurement, I was excited about it yesteday, not as much today! lol
134.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2015:
1480 kcal Fat: 37.34g | Prot: 157.66g | Carb: 123.86g.   Breakfast: soft 7 grain Pepperidge Farm Bread, Strawberries, Super Pharm Whey Better Whey Isolate, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Fresh & Easy Liquid Egg Whites, Fresh Express Baby Spinach, Trader Joe's Golden Roasted Milled Flax Seed with Blueberries, Blueberries. Lunch: Mann's Sunny Shores Broccolini, Naples Kitchen Naples Kitchen Artichoke, Spinach and Parmesan Cheese Stuffed Chicken Brt. Dinner: Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh), Monterey Cheese, Souper Salad Green Bell Peppers, Sweet Onions, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), San Luis Sourdough Sourdough Steak Roll. Snacks/Other: Meijer Brazil Nuts, So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). more...

Are you in the US Sherri? I wish we had those trucks available - there are only 3 places in Sydney (Australia) that offer the service, and it costs a fortune because of the demand.
