Been up and down in weight topping off at about 138, but even reached 140 though the holidays, wish I would have been tracking!!! So I will start now. I weighed in at 139.2 fully clothed at the gym in the evening on January 5, 2015. My morning weight was probably around 137. Weighing in at a straight 135 this morning! Starting exercising better, eating better and hydrating. Weight initially went up a couple pounds and is now down. Haven't seen 135 in a while!!
