I had another seizure Dec. 1 and was in the hospital for a week. Usually that means I lose 10 lbs this time I gained. the doc increased my meds again. and I have not been very active ( hard to walk) All excuses I just need to cut the intake to equal my activity level. I just need to do it!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am epileptic, so I know how horrible it is have seizures and sometimes be hospitalized. I'm sorry you had to go through that :( Last spring, my neurologist switched my Dilantin to Vimpat, which is newer (I guess) and it made me feel like I was walking through water for a couple weeks. I was almost completely couch-ridden. It does look like you are doing really great with your weight though, and you recognize this, you are doing an AWESOME job, don't let this bring you down!
