Great 2 hour morning walk on the trails with my GSD & Rottie, very brisk as my GSD doesn't now anything other than trot I think that's because I used to run with him all the time.
I was going to weigh in again but actually forgot to do so and as I like to weigh 1st thing in the morning I may try tomorrow.
It's hard to not eat a nice slice of French sourdough bread & butter, that's my true weakness, I didn't buy any so I can only think about it. I just have to stick to my plan to lose weight & get healthier. Have a great day everyone.
