Well I decided to weigh in today just to see how I was doing. I am very happy that I am down another 2lbs. Makes me happy to be here and getting help and support from great people. I bought a Fit bit so I can keep better track of what I do everyday, I t would be nice if it would work with this site. Have a great day everyone
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
