I felt good today, workout was great, I had a boiled egg before I worked out so I think I need to start my day with protein. Have a good evening everyone. I am going to watch some TV & crochet a beanie for my daughter in-law.

Protein always wakes me up before a work out. Even a tiny bit of carbs is ok. You will burn right through it and help a bit of the stamina through your workouts.
