So I've done low carb diets and while they work for loosing weight, they are tough to keep up with. I think they also lead to eating a lot of food that just isn't good for you but seems ok because it is low carb. One thing I'd like to work on is cutting back on the starchy carbs. Mainly bread, pasta, potatoes, and rice. It will take planning and preparation though and I've not done that very well yet. Time to head to the grocery store.

Planned a bit better yesterday and didn't do too bad. Lunch of calorie dense leftovers wasn't ideal but I did bring an afternoon stack which prevented me from eating even worse. The gap between getting home and having dinner prepared is a trouble spot. I need to come up with a good solution for that.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
