Went on a bike ride yesterday to really test out the new bike I bought myself to aid in my weight lost quest. I have been riding this bike now for about a week and yesterday I rode 10 miles in just over a hour. It feels so good to have a way to exercise that doesn't hurt my ankles and knees. Feeling good about biking.

I relate to that. I bike commute most days and I love it. I recommend it to everyone who can possibly do it. It really helps to break up your day - compartmentalize work and home when you have that ride after your intense day.

Well I am buggered too. Biked to work- did two hours housework then biked home.. total of 15km and its bloody hot here. Hopefully I have sweated off at least a kg

That's my plan is to start riding bike to work after next week. Work is 5.7 miles from my home.
