Actually, I've dropped 2 pounds since last week, it's just that I'd lost again (how does that happen!) and gained back 1/2 the weight I lost and couldn't bear to weigh in. Back on track again, hope I can keep from bouncing off the rails again.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

I know you can do it, This is the year we get that 20 or so pounds off!!!!-Weight watchers is a great program.
