Have had a cold since 1/1. Never feel like eating much. don't do anything either. I have reset my "eating clock" and am finally, back, to my interim goal of 205. Now I can really think about Onederland. I doubt I will lose 20# as quickly this year as I did two years ago but I want to keep heading in that direction.

Interim goals will still be just 5# at a time but I would like to, realistically get to 180#. I don't think 160# is realistic, just setting myself up for feeling like a failure, but that would be even better. My problem is that even though I don't feel deprived when I don't eat much and I always feel in a wt losing groove when I do it, I get off track periodically and go back to mindless eating.

I don't know how the switch happens or how to make it stop.
