Stasis. That's fine by me. I know the calories will pull me down eventually. It's odd. Last cut I kept calories at about 2000 calories. Anything below that was brutal. Now at 1800 calories, something I tried before but felt I was going to die, I feel fine. Maybe it's because my body was so over food from Christmas? Got me.

Winter wonderland continuing here. It's the first time I've had to make good sized snow banks to get from the house to the shed. Global warming, where are you? You promised!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
