I'm pretty sure I'm in the middle of a mild "Carb-flu"...yuck. I'm determined to get through it, and it makes it a ton easier that my husband, family and co-workers are so supportive! Only day 3 and I'm starting to feel different. Interested to see what my measurements say Monday, and see how the pictures compare. Not using the scale until Feb 5....I'm doing this because I get obsessed with weighing, and if I don't see a change in one day I would get so frustrated, and quit. Thanks for all the support you all give me!!
