Funny how life works sometimes.
Going to get back at it.
Just because I failed a couple times (and may in the future) does not mean I can't be happy and healthy.
Reset my goal/weight history and going to do some mindful shopping tomorrow.
Going back to morning protein shakes, with a yogurt/granola snack a bit later, followed by salad for lunch. Dinner will be a low-carb high protein selection with either chicken or fish and some veggies.
Avoiding starches and sugars.
Getting back to the gym.
