Yesterday was the beginning of my lifestyle change. I cannot blame my being overweight on anyone but me I have chosen to eat junk and now at 181.6 lbs I'm choosing to get fit and stay fit. This site is helping my by being able to track the calories I eat. According to this site in order to lose the weight I want I need to consume 2100 calories a day and I've set my own personal limit at 1800 so with that being said I am on my way to a healthier me!
