I have 42 days to lose at least 10 lbs before my cruise. I have failed on Atkins because I wasn't do it right.. I am now following WW and so far so good. Yesterday I was under 1200 calories and today under 1350.00. I have to do this.. I have gained 20 within the last year and really really need to get into summer clothes for this cruise. I have faith that I can get down 15 lbs I just have to be disciplined and remember I have a girls cruise coming up. I need all support I can get !!
