Ran my first 5k EVER in my LIFE yesterday without stopping. So proud!!Less proud tonight as have already smoked 4 cigarettes and drunk half a bottle of wine which won't bode well for tomorrows weigh-in...argh! Why does life always corrupt my intentions?
I guess one MUST live a little....
