I'm continued to be amazed by the atkins diet. Down almost another pound. Seems like this should patter out soon right?
My cravings for carb foods are just insane and I keep finding so many foods I can't eat... but today I think I will try and make some alfredo sauce and pour it all over brocolli.. that sounds tasty. I might try Linda's pizza crust recipe too... Currently munching on my muffin in a minute because I was just starving after I had my two fried eggs for breakfast. Easy to make but it sure does have a funny taste... its good but not good. But at least I won't be hungry and it didn't cost me too many carbs.
