Weight continues to drop! Now that I've started frying all my veggies in lots of canola oil I'm finally getting all the calories I need without blowing over my carbs. Stir fry is magic!

Congrats! I won't say I'm not jealous, cuz I am! But I love seeing this work for you! I think I might need to alter my thinking a little bit as I've been getting nostalgic for pasta and brownies... not worth it
