So I figured I would take a few months off from recording things. Looking back over 2014, I lost a total of almost 140 lbs. That works out to 40lbs of actual weight loss and then the same 10 lbs at least ten times at that damn plateau weight. 2015 will be the break in this damn plateau.I've been working out seriously five days a week and maintaining a clean diet so something has got to give. Charging ahead!!!
