So I've come to grips with hitting the first plateau.I'm down slightly over 30lbs but recently the Weight has been hanging between 301 and 305 even though clothes are getting looser. Current workout Consists of a five day split. Going to add in 15 minutes of cardio just to see if that can shake something loose. The diet has been very clean with very low carbs. Curse you plateaus.

Keep at it, hopefully the cardio will shake things up and get the ball rolling.

:) We all curse those plateaus. Just don't give that weight you don't want a choice!

I think that the clothes getting looser is almost a better measurement of your success than the scale is! So long as you continue to press forward .. the scale will catch up (by going down)! Keep on, keeping on! It will be SOOO worth it! :D
