Thanks, my target is to loose another 3kg of fat, and gain 3kg of muscle, using the scooby recomp plan. It will take me until this time next year though.

Thanks Giles - while I'm not sure why the bleugh after the coconut oil, I did follow the link to find that Holland and Barrett had a special offer on it!

I tried coconut oil a few years ago. Also coconut flour is amazing in porridge with a bit of vanilla essence. I prefer to use flaxseed now hence why that one is labeled yum. Its just personal preference.
