Day 2 on the caffeine free journey. Yesterday I thought I was going to die. But no headache today - which is a good thing. I'm just drinking my herbal tea. *sip, sip* I'm giving up caffeine because it has really been interfering with my sleep. Even if I have a cup of coffee in the morning, my quality of sleep that night is horrid.

I'm afraid that I won't have lost any weight tomorrow when I step on the scale. I have been so sedentary this week with recovering from the pneumonia. But I ate right and tracked almost everyday. A couple of days I was just too sick to do it -- and on those days I ate almost nothing...so there you go.
