Wow...when I fall off the wagon...I fall hard. Ugh. I haven't "been around" since the end of July and my last weigh in at that time was 151.5. I'm back in the saddle again at 155.5. Okay, so I tell myself that the fact that in the five months I haven't been "doing anything" as it relates to my dieting and especially with the recent holidays, a 4 lb weight gain isn't THAT bad. The sad truth is, had I remained diligent, I probably could have reached my goal weight back in Sept or Oct. I hate the fact that I can't seen to hunker down and just do it, fahcrissake. It's not like I have to lose a ton of weight (and I greatly empathize with those folks who do and who struggle with it as well).

Today's New Year's Eve. There will be excessive eating and drinking tonight, I'm sure, so tomorrow will be my true "start date".
