I have hated excercising most of my life. But now I really enjoy it. I hate the thought of not being able to do it. I have orthoscopic surgery on my knee monday. I know it could be worse but I hope recovery is quick. I just dont want to break stride right now dang it!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
