New years is coming. I plan to try to lose 30 pounds by feb 1.
284.4 lb Lost so far: 101.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1850 kcal Fat: 52.20g | Prot: 77.98g | Carb: 279.68g.   Breakfast: Kashi Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Peanut Butter. Lunch: Tuna Sandwich, Dunkin' Donuts Raspberry Flavored Sweetened Iced Tea, Bananas. Dinner: Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa (2 oz), Spanish Rice, Zucchini, 2% Fat Milk. Snacks/Other: Dill Cucumber Pickles, Water, Butter or Sugar Cookie, Kashi Crackers - Fire Roasted Vegetable, Swiss Miss Classics Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix. more...
