It has been a while since I've logged in! I switched to another calorie counter to support my husband, who has since decided to quit tracking. I think I'm going to come back here! It's so much more friendly! I didn't track my foods for 2 weeks to avoid the holiday stress. Overall, my goal for December was not to gain weight. I think I might have lost 2 lbs in the beginning of the month and then gained it back! I'm happy to have stayed in the 170s! I'm also happy to say that I never went crazy, although I indulged on a bit of pie and ice cream. The chocolate boxes have also been a personal nemesis. Otherwise, I've still been making good choices in general.

This week's goal: get back on it, track my food, work out at least 3 times, try a new vegetable dish. Next week I hope to start training for a 10k. I'm consistently running at least 2 miles each workout, so I'm ready to step it up to the next level.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
