Well, I'm trying....lots of ups and downs. I'll do really good exercising, but then I eat too much. I'll do really good eating, then I just sit....now I just need to get them both to align together and maybe the scale will start moving in the downward direction again.

Had a great day of calorie burning yesterday, managaed to hit 3568! LOVE my bodybugg! Calories, I didn't track because it was such a crazy day with lots or running and my in-laws were here....but we all survived in one piece. Aside from my father-in-law falling down the stairs and gashing his arm open....thankfully he's ok.

Will try to get food and exercise to line up today...
