1266 kcal Fat: 29.08g | Prot: 75.28g | Carb: 121.13g.   Breakfast: total cranberry crunch, 2% milk. Lunch: butterball deli turkey breast, Swiss Cheese (Pasteurized), 100% whole wheat bread,  hellman's mayonnaise. Dinner: 2% milk, Egg, bread crumbs, summer squash, ground beef, bush's blackeyed peas. Snacks/Other: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, jello sugarfree pudding cup, dannon pinapple coconut yogurt. more...
