I enjoyed my cheat day yesterday by eating lots of carbs - and it was awesome. In consideration of that, I was pleasantly surprised with today's weigh in.

Diet Calendar Entries for 09 May 2011:

Wow it looks like you were eating very healthy! Did you have any sweets? Unfortunately this past cheat day I got sick and couldn't eat after lunch! I only ate one cheat meal at lunch. My concern was that I didn't eat enough calories and how it will affect my weight loss this week. Congrats on your weight loss!
