I WOKE UP to myself eating a Ritz cracker... from the looks of it I had about 15-20. Apparently I chewed myself awake. Oh I sleep walk and sleep eat by the way. At least it was just some reduced fat Ritz's instead of like cookies. Planning to get my exercises done today... slurping up some coffee now to make that happen.
