Hi guys! I have been gone all week, working two post offices due to the illness of a fellow employee. I have been out of the house before daylight and coming home about 12 hours later. No weigh in, no exercise other than my daily tearing around the post offices sorting and delivering mail and waiting on customers at the counter. As far as eating...I had my fat coffee early in the morning, nothing but water till I got home and I have been eating cold cuts and cheese before I fall into bed. Two incidents of fast food eating from stopping at a Hardee's on my way home. I can see the results of too much salt in the cold cuts in my puffy eyes and fingers. Too many nitrates. The water weight will shed quickly, I hope! She's back in place tomorrow and I will be back to working a single post office again and then our peak season will be over by Thursday. I am tired, grouchy and behind in my laundry, dishes and grocery shopping. My animals are in need of affection, they have been getting food thrown at them in the dark for the past week, no touching or petting. I think my hubby is suffering as much as they are :). Gonna try to catch up on my food diary today and see how badly I have done. No point in a weigh in today and another tomorrow, so I will do it in the morning and see what kind of damage I have done over the past week. Hang in there, this too shall pass!
