This isn't so much as getting the number down anymore as it is being healthy and strong again.

I miss my exercise regimen in cheerleading. I may have been miserable around all those petty girls, but at least I was a strong person who did not mind taking her shirt off at the beach in the least. My weight is so low because I've lost all muscle- I gotta get it back! Until June, I can't weight train, so I'm going to do aerobics as much as I can until then to lose this fat hanging out around my belly. I'll do sit ups and push-ups until I fall down, and I will attempt a backhandspring in the next month. If it doesn't kill me, I'll be happy!

I'm going to do yoga at least once a week as well. I love the hot yoga classes because they focus on strength building as well as stretching. It's tough, but I'm going to do it! I want to be in shape by the end of the summer.
