Restarted after about a year off in which I gained back the 15 pounds I lost. Most of the weight was gained in the last 2 months when I started eating bread and "tater tots." So now I'm refocused and also hitting the gym. Did 30 minutes of Elliptical the last 3 nights. First night was 3 miles in 30 minutes. Second night was 3.5 miles in 30 minutes. Tonight I went 4 miles in 30 minutes. Not too bad for the shape I'm in.
