So today didnt go as planned but then again when does it when a doctors appointment is involved. Had a good breakfast and a snack but then because I had to take a friend to the neurologist and we were there from 2:45 to 5 we ran to the mall and got Chinese and that became both my lunch and dinner. It probably could have been lunch tomorrow too but with that stuff you just cant stop eating. Well at least I can't. Tomorrow has more of a plan to it so hopefully it will go better eating wise and that I'll actually get my exercise in!
